I received an invitation to join and I already created the account but I was greeted with the Pending Access page when I want to access the cloud portal
How long do I have to wait for me to gain the access?
Sorry for the inconvenience. We have to screen all new users against Restricted Party Lists to ensure Cambium is legally allowed to work with them. Unfortunately this process produces a lot of false positives, which means we can’t approve accounts as quickly as we would like.
I have passed your details on to the account approval team so your account should be unlocked later today.
For the benefit of others who come to this thread in the future: on the Access Pending page, there is a link to contact the account approval team. This is the quickest way to get your account approved.
