Hello,

Knowing me I'm probably missing the obvious, but in looking through the posts, I see that some people that have personalized their avatar with a real photo. I wanted to do that as well (instead of being identified by the default "sphynx"!), but my profile page only seems to accept avatar image files. Nothing happens when I try to upload a JPG photo.

Can someone clue me in on how to get a picture in there?

Hi - its easy

Click on your avatar in the upper right corner

select My Settings

in the middle of the page, select AVATARS

select an image from 

  • the community
  • your photos
  • the web
