If the PIDU Ethernet LED is off it means that there is no Ethernet traffic between the PIDU and ODU.
Action: The fault may be in the LAN or ODU cable:
• Remove the LAN cable from the PIDU, examine it and confirm it is not faulty.
• If the PC connection is working, remove the ODU cable from the PIDU, examine it, and check that the wiring to pins 1&2 and 3&6 is correct and not crossed.
