This time we lost management and I had our tower guys replace the RFU. Will the unit info file still contain the info you would like to look at when I get my hand on it?

You'll need to send us as much information as you possibly can--this includes requirements, LINKPlanner file, frequency coordination information, unit info files, install photos, site surveys, path surveys, etc.
We may even want to remotely log into the unit that's been returned so we can run an RF loopback.
