ADI Communications failure, and ADI Catalina R1 Chip Not Supported Errors! Anyone else seeing this on the PMP 450 SMs? I have had 7 come in over the past couple weeks!

I have one 450 SM with ADI Communications failure. New, in service for just a few hours before it failed.
Stuck in a reboot cycle. Won't say up long enough to do anything with it.

What SW version?
Can you insert a Default Plug into the SM and see if the reboots stop?
If they do, this could be from an issue with one of the configuration parameters on the SM.
Tried with default plug. No difference. I did manage to get in and reset to factory defaults.
Tried to upgrade to 13.4b-11. Unit stops during the update process and fails.

What was the CNUT error? Can you put this SM on a public IP and I can try to upgrade it to 13.4 for you? If this is happening on every boot, please contact Cambium Support.
I've tried public IP's. Same results. I'll contact support.

You will have to contact support.

Please contact support and provide both the ESN and MSN of the radios. Identify which ones are seeing the ADI Communications Failure and which ones are seeing the ADI Catalina R1 Chip Not Supported errors.
These radios will need to be replaced via our standard RMA process.
