We have some serious issues with the new PMP 450i AP's.
Randomly they reboot with the "POWER ON RESET" message like there was a lack of current but we are sure that there're not power outage on our tower and are afflicted near 90% of our PMP 450i.
Exemple Log: System Reset Exception -- Power-On Reset Software Version : CANOPY 14.1.1 AP-AES Board Type : P13 Device Setting : 5.4GHz MIMO OFDM - Access Point - 0a-00-3e-bb-XX-XX - 5480.0 MHz - 20.0 MHz - 1/16 - CC 13 - 2.5 ms FPGA Version : 110915 FPGA Features : AES, Sched, US/ETSI; 05/02/2016 : 09:15:43 UTC : Acquired sync pulse from Timing Port/UGPS. 05/02/2016 : 09:15:44 UTC : :GPS Date/Time Set;
This issue occour with various type con AC power like CCM4, UGPS, Generating Sync etc... and various firmware version (14.1.1 stable, beta 10 and beta 14)
Seems like a Watchdog Reset with a different name...
We have opened various support cases and seems will be fixed on the nexts releaes (they told me 14.3 but I hope much earlier...)
If your APs are connected to get power CMM4, make sure CMM4s not having public IP address because their are some malformed telnet packet that could have cause CMM to get crashed and hence all power port reset and thats the reason you see power on reset.
The problem is not CMM4 because the "power on reset" occours on different port, not all together and with UGPS and various firmware version (14.1.1 stable, beta 10 and beta 14).

We are investigating this internally and have reproduced it. This has nothing to do with the 450 "watchdog reset" that was fixed in 14.1.2. That issue had many outcomes from a single root cause, of which "watchdog reset" was one such outcome.
Regarding this issue which only affects (and can only affect) 450i, we are doing everything we can to get a fix for this into 14.1.2 before its final release. The HW and SW architectures of 450i vs 450 are very different which is why these two issues have nothing in common with each other. 14.1.2 was planned to go to release today but is being held up now while we investigate this. I'm hopeful that we'll still be able to push a release sometime next week with fix for this as well as improved reset reporting on 450i.
If this is a PMP 450 radio? Are there any log messages? No matter what model of radio you can collect any information you have, open a ticket and post the ticket number we can take a look at the issue.
