I am from Vietnam. I had an difficult case need to help to explain to our custommer.
Our partner had placed an order PMP450i system (In March 2021) with some main equipment as follows:
1/ 02 sets of Cambium Network 5GHz PMP 450i Connectorized Access Point (RoW)

2/ 04 sets of Cambium Network 5GHz 450b – High Gain – 4 – pack – ROW
PN: C050045H021A
3/ 03 sets of Cambium Network 5GHz PMP 450i Connectorized Subscriber Module
PN: C050045C001B;
4/ 02 units of POWER SUPPLY, 30W, 56V -Gbps support
PN: N000000L034A
5/ 01 reel 1000 ft Outdoor Copper Clad CAT5E (Recommended for PTP)
PN: WB3175.
Last month, They already received all equipment with some differences equipment PN as follows:
1/ 02 sets of Cambium Network 5GHz PMP 450i Connectorized Access Point (RoW)
PN: C050045A001A (difference is A in end);
2.1/ 16 units of 5 GHz 450b - High Gain - ROW – Radio Only - SPARE
PN: C050045B021A
2.2/ 04 sets of 5 GHz 4 Pack High-Gain Antenna Assembly, IP55
PN: N050045D002A
3/ 03 sets of Cambium Network 5GHz PMP 450i Connectorized Subscriber Module
PN: C050045C001A (difference is A in end);
4/ 02 units of POWER SUPPLY, 30W, 56V -Gbps support
PN: N000000L034B (difference is B in end);
5/ 01 reel 1000 ft Outdoor Copper Clad CAT5E (Recommended for PTP)
PN: WB3175A (difference is A in end).
I actually do not know how to explain to our customer about the reason why item 2 becomes (2.1) & (2.2) & the differences of the letter in the end of those PN (Item 1, 3, 4, 5).
Please help!
