As some may have already noticed, both the 4x4 PMP 450v Access Point and 4x4 PMP 450v Subscriber Module have now been granted FCC license for 6 GHz! Cambium Networks is really excited to have achieved this milestone, and we’re hard at work on the next software release to enable this functionality using the AFC in the United States.
We are expecting to have a beta version of the software to support this within a couple of weeks, then the general release of R24.1 shortly thereafter, which will fully support 6 GHz in both the US and Canada.
