the last couple of weeks we have had an ongoing issue where customers drop offline. when the customers drop offline i can still access the SM. When i look at the SM it is online on the MAESTRO but customer has no net.
Bridging Table shows 3 MAC SM and router.
Software on the SM’s and AP’s is up to date 22.1
NAT is disabled on the SM.
the issue is happening to 6 or 7 AP’s on the network at different locations.
EVERY time i reboot the SM the customer comes back online.
has anyone had any similar issues. any help would be really appreciated.
