It would be useful if you could check a point-to-point link path in cnHeat - as part of planning before installing a microwave such as 850C.

For this to be useful, the path length would need to exceed 12 miles, but I imagine processing LiDAR along a specific path for a PTP link check wouldn’t be as taxing as the normal PTMP projections created.

Appreciate the feedback. We will consider this as a feature release in cnHeat but also LINKPlanner.

It would probably make most sense to implement this feature in Link Planner.

As long as the LiDAR accuracy is there, meter by meter along the PTP path, check for any obstruction. Not sure how you’d handle fresnel zone checks as well.
