Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has tried monitoring either the current PPS or CPU usage values on the Canopy gear? I’ve had a look through the MIB browser but nothing quite seems to match.

Hi!
PPS you can monitor using packets count oid and then calculate it in seconds! :slight_smile:
I use zabbix (www.zabbix.com) for this and other snmp monitoring!
I guess there are no such thing like cpu load, because there are no cpu! Only FPGA doing all stuff! :wink:

Can you show how you are monitor packet rate and also traffic rate of the radios in Zabbix?

I’m pretty sure I have it setup correctly but the values that show up on my graph for the traffic rate are not the same as they are showing in Cacti and The Dude.

Thanks, may I ask where you got the information for the Key (canopy-eth-downstream)?
Also, how did you know to use 8 as the custom multiplier?

I’m trying to figure out how to get all this information so I can figure out other stats to monitor myself.
