Does anyone have pre- 4.2.3 firmware archived someplace?
Thanks, I’m trying to downgrade from 4.2.3 to 3.2.5. For some reason it doesn’t like the boot image file. Ideas?
go from 3.2.5 to 4.2.3 then to 6.1, 7.0.7, 7.3.6, 8.1.5.1, 8.2.1, 9.0
Why would you try to downgrade to 3.x?
Radio refuses to upgrade past 6.1. I am trying to restore it back to v3 to start over again.
If you have that old a firmware you probably have a old board as well. I don’t think it will go past 7.3.6
He wants to downgrade not upgrade I think

You should be able to upgrade any SM to 8x/9x. The oldest hardware I've seen is a P7 which handles h/w scheduling just fine.
just as noted above, all SM’s no matter what hardware versions will do HW scheduling and upto 9.x. Only Ap’s and BH’s have the limitation of anything below a P9 not going above 7.3.6
