If you do switch BH-M with BH-S when they are already managed by prizm 2.0, the units will dissapear, and there is no way to get these units back till you delete the network and create it again.

Take a look at the Canopy Knowlege base. There is a Field Alert for this regarding Prizm.

somehow i missed to read the field alert.
but the field alert does not state that you need to redo the network in case you do this.
