Problem about authentication radius by Windows server 2012

I met a problem. When I use windows 7 or windows 10, I have to create profile on them with the information below.

I'm using radius Domain Controler Windows Server 2012.

If i don't create profile like that. when i connect to wifi, show up Can't connect wifi.

Please help me.

I think you are using 802.1x authentication on the wlan, for that you will have to configure the wireless supplicant on the client.
