Problem with access control panel

If the IP address is configured to be something other than the default IP address (which is what you list above), you have a couple of options to obtain access to the SM.

First, if you know the IP of the Access Point it connects to, and can reach that device, you can view all of the SMs connected, and reach the SM using the AP Proxy.

Second, you can enter recovery or default mode on the SM itself if you have physical access to it. Instructions for this are here:
