Problems with Path Profile Service - Resolved

We are very sorry but we are currently having problems with our email service provider, which means that we are unable to receive path profile requests from LINKPlanner V2.6.1 or later. We are working to resolve this and will issue a new post once we are back up and running, hopefully by later today.

The Path Profile Service is now back up and running for all versions.

If you are having problems can you send an email to linkplanner.ptp@cambiumnetworks.com and we'll investigate the cause. It would help if you include details of any error messages that you see.
