Hello, I have a ptp with Force 425. I’m having problems with Link Quality Uplink and Link Capacity Uplink, these parameters have an unstable behavior, the values fluctuate between 0 and 100% erratically, the modulation works in single mode only.
There’s a preview image of the link status:
The actions i’ve taken to solve were:
- change carrier frequency
- change bandwidth
- alignment
- change AP device
I was’nt successfull with any of the actions mentioned.
Please help me.

It sounds like one of the chains on one of the radios might be damaged. You mentioned you’ve already changed out the AP/master side… have you tried changing out the SM/slave side?

We have similar issues on some 425 links, always on one chain.
What was eventually the problem on this case? Hardware?

Please open a support ticket with Cambium and they’ll figure out if it’s a chain issue and if an RMA is needed.
