Please note. When upgrading to release 4.2.3 you must update the CanopyBoot to 3.0. The boot (block.bin) is NOT an optional upgrade. Your radio will become inaccessible if you do not upgrade the CanopyBoot to 3.0 as part of your 4.2.3 upgrade.

what if the solution if some one did it by mistake any solution to it as i i m facing this problem.
Kindly tell me the solution as soon as possible.

If the product is still under warranty then you can contact your distributor and request an RMA.
