PTP 110 problem with eth speed

Hello. I have some troubles with eth speed.

1st site:

I have there:

PTP 650 - 25mt cable that goes through a giga eth protector, and runs fine at 1000/full.

PTP110 - 25 mt cable that goes through a giga eth protector, and runs at 1000 for a few seconds, then works at 1000/full.

I have removed the protector and put the cable right into the POE, and runs at 100/full.

The switch is a HP 2810-24G with latest firmware.

I have tried to use a multiple giga poe injector gigabit, 24V 0,65Amp max, fixed at 100/full.

2nd site:

PTP 650 - 10mt cable direct to the POE, 100/full (then to a Toughswitch Ubiquiti, and a HP 1810-8G)

PTP 110 - 10mt cable direct to the Toughswitch Ubiquiti, 1000/full

3th site:

PTP 110 - 55mt cable direct onto a Ubiquiti POE 50V 1.2Amp - 1000/full - to switch HP 2810-24G

As you can see, in 2nd and in 1st site I have troubles with network speed.

The cables are all identical Cat 5E FTP maxcable external UV rated (not CCA!!!).

We will make sure support works with you on this but in the meantime, could you clarify a few things?

Your problem is with the Force 110 PTP not getting 1000full speeds,  correct?

The force 110 PTP is a 802.3af device - have you tried connecting it to the power supply that it came with?

Is the HP switch or the Ubnt tough switch a PoE device?

Hello

As I wrote in the previous post, I tried with:

Standard POE 30V 0,5Amp shipped with the unit.

UBIQUITI 50V 1.2Amp Giga POE (Airfiber model)

1U Rack POE Gigabit 24V 0,5Amp (third-party).

The problem is that I am not able to get a stable 1000/full.

The HP2824 and the UBNT Toughswitch arenot used as POE devices, they are used as plain switches.

Just today, I installed a net Force 110 PTP that negotiated at 1000/full. After some tests, it had heavy packet loss. I set it in the switch to "auto 10-100 speed", and it negotiated at 100/full with no loss.

I think there is a problem in the eth chipset on the Force 110 PTP units.
