Ptp 500 radio recovery

hi guys

I have four PTP 54500 radios that were installed on a telecommunications tower 18 years ago. After replacing the cable and patch cord from the radio to the switch, all four radios went into recovery image mode and their IP changed to IP 169.254.1.1
The images below are the only page I can access from the browser. What do you think is the cause and what is the solution to restore these radios. Does anyone have the firmware for this radio?what is the format of upgrade of radio ptp 500?

Your screenshot shows that the reason that the radio has entered recovery mode is “Recovery Button Active”. You can read more about recovery mode in the User Guide.
