PTP 550 Channel Bonding Issue

I have 2 different PTP 550 Links. One of them works fine at 12.6 Miles. The other one is 10.6 miles and I cannot seem to get the second radio to link to the master. I am using the same Firmware and I have even backed up the config and loaded the exact config of the working link on the one that will not link the radio 2. Same result Rejected - PTP only : ACL Policy. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi @ryan_shelberg,

I suggest you to upgrade your radios to 5.9.0, check once again.
If still not working, please, Raise Ticket in the top right of this page and attach techsupport files from Master and Slave. Our engineer will assist you to isolate the issue. It is free of charge.

The firmware was updated to 5.9.0 same issue. I did open a ticket and attached the techsupport files. Thanks

Have you tried reseting the radio to factory default?

This was resolved by factory defaulting each radio and then reloading the config Thanks
