Hi, so here is the situation. On site where 550 with ethernet port issues are. Yesterday the negotiation between the router and the 550 went from 1Gbps to 100mbps and rebooting router or the 550 did not change the negotiation, it remained at 100mbps. This morning the negotiation was still at 100mbps on both router and 550, went onsite and took patch cable that connected the 550 and router and connected straight to laptop and it was negotiating on both laptop and 550 at 1Gbps, connected the cable back into the router and both router and 550 are negotiating at 1Gbps. Any insight would be great… I am on site basically waiting for it to happen again lol.
