PTP 550 Spec sheet mention that the MAX PACKET PERFORMANCE is 70K packets / sec
If we calculate 70K (packets/sec) * 1700Byte = 952Mbps, so how it can provide 1.4Gbps ?

The Max Packet performance is closer to 250K packets/sec, you probably have older spec sheet

I followed your advice and made an indoor performance test to validate the numbers
RSS -45dBm
SNR 50dB
CBW 1X40MHz
Freq 5.180 GHz
Downlink / Uplink 50/50
regulation - RoW
packet size 1518 - aggregate throughput 323Mbps (161+162)
packet size 64 - aggregate throughput 26Mbps (15+11.4)
we can see that the radio suffers from lower PPS
Please advise
