Summary/Cause:
The PTP 800 is End of Sales product, and the parts/accessories may not be available for purchase.
If the PN WB3807, PTP 800 1 + 1 out of band splitter is found faulty then there is no replacement or alternate device available.
Solution:
We can use special pinouts and create a H-Cable that can be used in place of splitter for connection between 2 PTP 800 IDU/CMU and the network devices and restore the services.
