Hi all can anyone here help with basic configuration of two times PTP 820S for a point to point link; and how will i test to see if this two are communicating.

I need the basic configurations only GUI.

1. how do i set up the radio ip of the two after logging with it's default ip: 192.168.1.1?

2. What TX and Rx settings should i use for both radios?

3. How do i do a ping test to see if both radios are connecting?

Hello,

first of all, the PTP 820S uses licensed band 6-42 GHz band. Then, you need frequencies given by the regulator to configure in the radio. Which band do your radios use?

You also need a capacity entitlement code to activate the capacity from 100 Mbps to 500 Mbps depending on the license. Do you have it?
