I see the Firmware upgrade for the 10.5 release does not require FTP but can be uploaded with HTTP. Do I still need to use the FTP method for downloading and uploading a backup configuration file?

Hi, at this point, yes. There is a separate button within that screen for entering in the FTP information for uploading/downloading the configuration files. This needs to be configured prior to downloading/uploading. I've attached a document that goes into detail, but the screenshots are getting a bit dated. The file extension should be .zip.
