Are these repairable? I have one or two that constantly put the radio into recovery mode, as if the recovery button is being pressed. I'd like to troubleshoot these in an attempt to put them back to use.
Those are the older PIDU and yes that does happen. With the 600/500/400/300 line EoS the corresponding PIDU are not reparable. Sometimes distribution will have some laing around but check with your local RSM as well.
