Ptp250能否与其他产品配合使用？能否提供配件旧机或维修？

PTP 250 产品的master 一端故障，slave 端正常。有无配件维修，或者旧设备？是否可以用其他产品与之连接？例如ePMP1000 等等…谢谢！
