Trying to add a PTP450 to the cloud version of cnMaestro and cnMaestro tells us it is waiting on the device. On the radio we see it is waiting for AP session establishment. We’ve tried manually adding using the serial number and also adding with the cambium ID and onboarding key. Unable to complete the onboarding process. DEvices are C009045B001A.
Any ideas?
