PTP450i - SNMP Value for Wired Interface

This week we installed out first two PTP450i links.  Today I added them both to our Solarwinds monitoring, and all 4 radios show the 10/100/1000 interface as being down, even though they are obviously up.  The wireless interfaces show up fine.  Is this just an MIB pointed to the wrong OID?

Thanks.

For those interested, Cambium Support confirmed this issue for me today in their lab.  The following OID's are correct, but the value returned for the wired interface is incorrect.  This is running SW v14.0.

1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.1 (ifDescr.1) - Cambium 10/100/1000 Ethernet
1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.2 (ifDescr.2) - Canopy Point to Point

1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.7.1 (ifAdminStatus.1) - up(1)
1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.7.2 (ifAdminStatus.2) - up(1)

1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.8.1 (ifOperStatus.1) - down(2)
1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.8.2 (ifOperStatus.2) - up(1)

Any resolution to this issue?  We are seeing the same thing our our new 450i radios running 14.1.1 software.

It will be solved in 14.1.2. I am running beta 14.1.2b11 and the values are returned as they should be. I’m not sure if it’s fixed in the available b10 or not.

Hi,

As acherman said, this will be fixed in 14.1.2. The fix is not available in 14.1.2 Build 10 beta as it was fixed in a newer build. We're hoping to post a new 14.1.2 Build with the fix later this week.

Thanks,

Sriram

Any update on the release of the new software?

Is software with fix available?
