In PTP650, how do we set up a subscriber's allocated bandwidth, that is, internet speed? For example, we use QoS in PMP450 to set up the bandwidth. Where and how do we achieve the same in PTP650?

The data service in PTP 650 is transparent, and doesn't process traffic for individual subscribers, so there is no bandwidth shaping at the lsubscriber level. In fact, there is no bandwidth shaping at all, so if you want to reduce the link capacity, consider configuring for lower channel bandwidth, or configuring the maximum modulation mode.
