This is a known issue in our initial release 01-01. Our development team have resolved this issue in our development build and this fix will be included in our next release.
The problem is that the IP stack is responding to the ping by sending the ARP on the local subnet.
In the meantime, if you are able to enable Proxy ARP on your router this can be used as a workaround.
