PTP670 fiber SFP and power

If I use the SFP port with fiber to the PTP670, what is the best way to power it? I’m trying to avoid a separate Cat5/6 run up the tower, as we will feed the tower with hybrid fiber (fiber + 48v power) with a breakout box on the tower. I’d like to power the PTP670 from the 48v in the breakout box. Can I make a custom cable that runs from the 48v in the breakout box to the PoE port on the PTP670?

Hello! And welcome to the Cambium Forums! Yes, you’d have to make a custom breakout RJ45 cable from the box to supply the passive 48-56vdc to the PTP670.
