PTP800 -48VDC and a CMM4 with +48VDC

We are trying to get a PTP800 -48VDC and a CMM4 with +48VDC to work in the same cabinet,  we have installed a Meanwell SD500L-48 to isolate the grounds but the PTP800 CMU ties Positive to the Coax Shielding going to the LPU for the ODU which is grounded, and the CMM4 ties the Negitive to the Coax Shielding going to the LPU for the GPS which is grounded.  This creats a short between the LPUs.  Both the PTP800 CMU and the CMM4 are connected to SD500L-48.  How do I resolve this?

Hi Donald! The CMM4 has a GPS surge protector built into the unit (this wasn't the case for the CMM3), so you don't need to connect your GPS to the LPU. If you diconnect your GPS from the LPU, do you still have a short circuit?
