PTP810 fan failure alarm

Hello,

I have two ptp810 MMUs with fan failure alarms. I have a couple of questions I hope you could help me answer:

- Is this fault field solvable?

- If yes, what would be the correct procedure: can I buy replacement fans or should I get a new MMU Controller Card?

Have a simular post back on 5-19-2020. Still I have not found a replacement that works. I have had to rob part from spare equipment to make my fan issues go away. The Fan that is on that board is discontunued. I have bought the same fan with a slight voltage difference and it still gives of issues.
