Is there any method of removing the log files from a PTP820 unit? at the moment I can only view the alarms within the web interface but would like to analysis an issue we are seeing?
Also is there a way to store more than 5000 log entries?

Hi Tim,
I assume you meant you want to export the event log, right? You can click on the "export to cvs" button on the bottom of the page. (if you dont see this button, maybe your version is too old, please upgrade the radio firmware).
Currently, we only store up to 5000 alarms. when reaching this limit, older alarms will be removed if new alarms shows up.
