QOS on RV22

Subscriber Service Profile (in maestro) has upload and download fields, do these limit the RV22 to those values.
Example 100mbs down and 20Mbs up or is it just for reference for given service level.

This is for reference and does not limit the Downlink and Uplink rate

Thanks for the clarification, it is unfortunate, cnwave does not have any qos, the r195w does so we would not have any form of qos with out adding another appliance in line.

Any chance this feature may be added?
