The document you are looking for was not with the other supporting documents for PTP 230, but was under the PMP 430 area. We have since corrected the website.
Look for the “PMP Solutions Release 12.1 User Guide (Canopy System User Guide)” under the System Software v12.1.2 for PTP 200/230.
