I tried a little hack tonight on a Canopy radio that others might be interested in.
In the customers config under Site Name you can use a link with no quotes in it.
For example.
Site Name: <a href=http://CustomersPrivateIP target=_top>Customers Name</a>
This makes it easy when I am looking at the Status page on the AP. All I have to do is click on the name.

I wanted to create a workaround for the older software version of the CMM. It was so easy to turn on a unit…without a security precaution anyway. Never gave it enough time/effort. It was just scary knowing you could send voltage into a switch from the CMM if you powered on the wrong port.

I just add a second post to this… this is so obvious but so useful for us…
I no longer have to give full access password for my AP’s to the helpdesk, they needed it before to change the LUID’s and get into the SM’s
Also we can script in direct links to our contact database from here
