In an R200, on the Network, QOS Page - is there any explanation somewhere as to setting up the Classifier Section on the lower half of the page?

I may have missed it, but I didn't find anything in the latest R200 manual. 

Running latest firmware in the R200 - 4.3.4-R8(201712121026)
