Re-assign cnMaestro Account ID

i has just buy cambium AP e400 in second hand, unfortunately this AP already assigned to cambiumID.
how to re-assign the eksisting cnMaestro Account ID to me?

If you’re seeing an error that the AP is already claimed into another account, then you will need to open a support ticket in order to get it removed from that account so you can claim it to yours.
