1. Do you have any previous version of CNS server installed on the PC?
2. If yes, may I konw its version number and have you uninstalled that previous version prior to this new CNS installation? or are you trying to upgrade it?
3. Could you please share the host file and PC/Server machine IP address.
4. Also, please share the following info.
a. available/installed RAM capacity on the machine?
b. AVailable Harddisk space.
c. Processor speed.
