When we have techs looking at an AP with read-only access, they can’t change the LUID to look at. That makes things much tougher for us because it means letting the part-timers have the write password for the units… which we just don’t do.
So please Motorola… allow the read-only access password to change LUIDs for selecting and viewing. It helps our techs because then they can go to Extended menu and see if the customer is picking up a DHCP address from the SM or better yet, if there’s any ethernet connection at all. Presently, the best they can usually do is see if the unit has radio presence on the A.P.
