We are looking to collect MUMIMO gain information from the ePMP3000. If you are able to please share MUMIMO graph (green line) from your loaded e3Ks. Reminder that MUMIMO is dependent on the radio’s ability to group SMs together but just as importantly there has to be congestion and traffic that results in the need to send data to two grouped SMs at the same time. Our objective is to see how often MUMIMO contributed in a meaningful fashion. Thank you advance.
Hi. Here is a graph segment from one of our 3000 AP’s with 16 clients connected to this sector. On this occasion, I was doing a firmware upgrade via cnMaestro and told it to upgrade all 16 clients at once… so this was kinda a perfect way to force stress the AP/SMs by getting every single client to ‘download’ data at the same time. As you can see for about 1 minute while the firmwares were pushed to the SMs, the MUMIMO gains are significant – with 115 Mbit of 171 Mbit of the data going MUMIMO.
Here are a couple other graph segments showing just real client usage (no artificial or test data) and as you can see, there are times when the MUMIMO gains are significant with real world data too - with as much as 117 Mbit of the 178 Mbit total data going as MU-MIMO data
