what could be the reason for cnMaestro to give false reports or display false parameters

Can you clearly mention what exactly you mean by false reports or false parameters. Can you please share more details and screenshots of the issue. Please also mention which cnMaestro version you are using.

The screenshot indicates 23 devices as offline, where’s some of the them are online on the ground/physically and when I generate my reports in CSV format, some parameters eg SNR or RSSI values in dbm are 0 or have no value at all(blank). That becomes a problem in terms of finding accurate performance results. The software version is (Version 2.4.1-r33).

When cnMaestro shows 23 devices offline it means they lost connection with cnMaestro . It does not really mean device is physically down. Please raise a support ticket so that we can see why some of the devices are not connected to cnmaestro even though they are physically online. Regarding the SNR and RSSI values shown as 0 , these values are periodically pulled from device every 5 minutes and should work properly. Will take a look at the parameters also once the ticket is raised and we get access to your account.
