What do you guys use in terms of record keeping? Other than the basic information of customer information, management ip address, and mac address is there anything else you record at time of installation?
I like to get what the dB and jitter levels are, from the SM side and the AP side.
I have this placed in the site location field.
We also track what parts were used on the install. Tripod, sat dish mount, cable lengths, type of radio and type of antenna, patch cables, baseboard jacks or wall jacks, etc.
