Recovery failing

Tried to load backup of e2e to new external instance with no success yet, now getting this error

Hi Glenn,

Please check the IPv6 configuration of your POP. It looks to me like you have the E2E and POP in different subnets but with no gateway provided? You can still access the POP via IPv4 and correct the configuration. Just remember to make the change in the E2E first, so it does not get overwritten once it comes online.
