I need a setup on E400, where I can make a reservation for a specific Mac address so that it always connects regardless of the number of clients already connected.

looks like this may be the requirement, you have a wireless client, it should be always connected / associated irrespective of number of other wireless clients connected to the AP. If yes no solution to achive this one.
what factor is driving for this requirment to have it on ap?
