Reset due to error setting transmit frequency

Hi,

I've 2 radio (PMP450 SM) with the following error message, both radios cannot register to APs:

 Is it an hardware failure?

This can be an error that the radio will recover from with a reboot.  We reduced the occurrence of this issue on R13.4, and would recommend updating to the latest software, which can be found here.

If this occurs repeatedly on these particular SMs (after several reboot cycles), then it's likely faulty hardware, and you can open a RMA case with the support team to get the radios replaced under warranty (email: support@cambiumnetworks.com)

Hope this helps,

Matt

Ok, I'll open an RMA case.

Thank you
