Reset upgrade lhg5 elevate

Hi everyone, I have several high lhg5 with Tfpd.
When I try to update them from version 4.3.2 to version 4.4.3 the LHG5 resets and returns to the factory settings then disconnecting from my AP
Is there a solution? I have tested on several high lhg with tfpd
